We do not sell your personal information.
4. Wedding Photography and Image Usage
Photographs taken during a wedding or photography session may contain personal information relating to the couple, their guests and other attendees.
Images are collected and processed for the purpose of providing our agreed photography services.
Selected photographs may also be used to showcase our work through our website, portfolio, social media or other promotional materials where permitted by applicable law and our agreement with the client.
We respect reasonable privacy concerns and encourage clients to discuss any specific image-sharing preferences before their wedding.
Personal photographs are stored and managed with appropriate care, and access is limited to those who need it for legitimate business purposes.
5. Photography Storage and Retention
We maintain a photography archive for a limited period following each wedding.
Our standard retention periods are:

Final edited photographs
Retained for up to 24 months following delivery of the completed gallery.
Pixieset online galleries
Normally available for 12 months following gallery delivery.
Portfolio photographs
Selected images may be retained for longer where there is an appropriate lawful basis and continued professional purpose.
Clients are responsible for downloading and securely backing up their delivered photographs.
These periods describe our standard retention arrangements, rather than a guarantee that every photograph can be recovered throughout the stated period. Files may be deleted earlier where appropriate or retained longer where legally necessary.
6. Enquiries, Client Records and Accounting
Personal information from enquiries that do not result in a booking is normally retained for up to 12 months following the last communication.
Information relating to confirmed bookings, including contracts, invoices and relevant correspondence, may be retained for longer where necessary for accounting, taxation, legal obligations or the handling of potential disputes.
